Overview<\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All personalized items are exempt from being returned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a0If you receive your order and have a defective product, please report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Ash & Ry Designs will evaluate the defect and if deemed applicable, will issue a refund or replacement. Please contact us through email to support@ashrydesigns.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ashrydesigns.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sale items<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Exchanges<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ashrydesigns.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shipping returns<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
